Judging Criteria
Entries into the new media age awards will be judged against the following criteria:
Business results
The acid test: the business results that matter. Entrants have to show the results delivered against their objectives. These can include brand uplift, sales and sustainable competitive advantage. Proving effectiveness is crucial, so return on investment should be used wherever possible to allow large and small projects to compete on an equal footing. Robust data is required.
Evidence of innovation and brand development
How effectively have new ideas and technologies been generated and implemented to produce exceptional performance?
Added brand value
The elements that have driven the perceived value of the brand and increased favour with its customers. How well has the brand/product differentiated itself from the rest of the competition?
Effective use of the marketing mix
To what extent does the marketing message pervade all areas of the business, optimising all potential contact points with customers?
